Remove all packaging and wrapping from the product.
SLICED HAGGIS
Pan Fry: Heat a small amount of oil in a shallow frying to medium heat. Cook slices on each side for 2 minutes until cooked through, do not over cook.
Oven Cook: Cook on a tray at 180°C for 10-15 mins. Do not over cook.
TRADITIONAL BUNG HAGGIS
Saucepan: Once packaging has been removed, wrap haggis in tin foil and place in a saucepan with 2 cm of water and simmer (do not boil) for 45 minutes per 450g (e.g. a 1lb haggis would need 45 minutes).
Oven Cook (recommended): Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Once packaging has been removed, wrap haggis in tin foil and place in a baking dish with 2 cm of water and and cook for 45 minutes per 450g (e.g. a 1lb haggis would need 45 minutes).
