How to Cook Black Pudding


Cook up award-winning all-natural Black Pudding from The Farmer’s Son. Handmade in small batches to a 100-year-old family recipe using locally sourced Scottish Ingredients our Black Pudding is delicious served with Scallops, in a breakfast burrito or in a sumptuous tomato and chorizo pasta sauce.


Cooking Instructions:

Remove all packaging and wrapping from the product.

Pan Fry: Heat a small amount of oil in a shallow frying to medium heat. Cook slices for three minutes until cooked, turning halfway through the cooking process, do not over-cook.

Oven Cook: Cook on a tray at 180°C for 10-15 mins. Do not over-cook.
