How to Cook White Pudding



Cook up award-winning all-natural White Pudding from The Farmer’s Son. Handmade from PGI Scotch beef and Scottish grown oats and onions, our white pudding makes the perfect partner for steak, as part of a tasty breakfast or as a stuffing.


Cooking Instructions:

Remove all packaging and wrapping from the product.

Pan Fry: Heat a small amount of oil in a shallow frying to medium heat. Cook slices for three minutes until cooked, turning halfway through the cooking process, do not over-cook.

Oven Cook: Cook on a tray at 180°C for 10-15 mins. Do not over-cook.
