Haggis and Black Pudding Dirty Fries

The Farmer's Son Haggis and Black Pudding Dirty Fries using award winning ingredient's to create this delicious dish.


- 2 slices of Haggis

- 2 slices of Black Pudding

- Large handful of fries

- Grated cheese of your choice (here we used mature cheddar)

- Jalapeno Peppers

- Additionally a sauce of your choosing (we recommend a brown sauce)


  1. Fry the haggis and black pudding then crumble whilst the fries are cooking in either the oven or an air fryer.

  2. Grate the cheese onto a separate plate.

  3. Add the fries to your bowl or plate, then top with the crumbles haggis, black pudding and grated cheese.

  4. Put the dish into either the oven or microwave until the cheese has melted.

  5. Top with the jalapeno peppers and sauce then serve.

Tip: Use multiple cheeses for extra goodness and add as many other toppings as you like!
